Personal data received through spiralway.cl is processed by Spiralway, a company based in Santiago, Chile, represented by Vicente Litvak (vicente@spiralway.cl).

We only collect the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), and message. We also collect anonymous usage metrics via Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, without personal-identification cookies.

Messages received by email are retained in our inbox as long as they're useful for responding or continuing a commercial conversation. You can request their deletion at any time by writing to vicente@spiralway.cl.
